Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA Grade I to III elective joint replacement with general anesthesia patients aged 60 to 75 years. (2) Primary school education or above, normal communication and understanding ability, preoperative MMSE score of more than 23 points. (3) Clock drawing experiment 3-4 minutes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Mental illness, cerebrovascular disease, long-term use of neurological and psycho-related drugs; (2) Patients with severe endocrine or metabolic diseases and liver and kidney insufficiency; (3) Serious complications occurred during perioperative period, such as massive blood loss, cardiac arrest, cerebral infarction and other unexpected circumstances, which affected the score of the postoperative scale; (4) Those who cannot cooperate with or refuse to complete MRI enhancement examination; (5) Patients with oral, visual and hearing impairment had MMSE scores less than 22 on the day before surgery; (6) Allergic constitution, allergic to contrast agents, anesthetics and other drugs;
