18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled to undergo a diagnostic and(or) therapeutic bronchoscopy with venous anethesia; 2.Aged 18 ~70 years,regardless of gender; 3.American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status ? ~ ?; 4.Body mass index (BMI) 18~30 kg/m2; 5.Understanding and voluntary participation in the study, with informed consent signed by an individual or family member

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Peripheral oxygen saturation(SpO2) baseline value =95%; 2.The procedure was expected to take longer than one hour; 3.Severe cardiovascular or respiratory diseases; 4.Renal or liver dysfunction; 5.Neurocognitive or psychiatric disorders,traumatic brain injury or epilepsy; 6.Alcoholism, preoperative use of sedatives or analgesics;6.Hypersensitivity to the medications in this study; 7.Hypersensitivity to the medications in this study.
