Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Healthcare Professionals: Includes neurologists and nursing staff with over 5 years of experience, holding at least a bachelor's degree, who are enthusiastic and willing to participate in consultations; b) Post-Stroke Depression Patients: Patients admitted to the hospital for post-stroke depression from December 2022 to June 2023. Inclusion criteria are a confirmed diagnosis of stroke through cranial CT or MRI, and a score of =18 on the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale; aged =18 years; GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale) >8, stable vital signs, no significant aphasia or aphasia but can communicate through reading and writing; informed consent and willingness to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Healthcare Professionals: Exclusion criteria include trainee and intern healthcare workers, as well as doctors who are undergoing standard residency training and have not yet obtained their certification. b) Post-Stroke Depression Patients: Exclusion criteria consist of patients with a history of psychiatric disorders, anxiety, or depression; patients suffering from other severe somatic diseases such as significant hepatic or renal impairment, cardiac dysfunction, or failure of other vital organs; and those who refuse to participate in the survey after explanation.
