Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.According to ASA's evaluation criteria, the physical condition is Grade I to Grade II, with no obvious underlying heart or lung diseases. Currently, it is also believed that the comorbidities of Grade III patients are stable for more than 3 months; 2.Assess tolerance for laparoscopic surgery; 3.The surgical time should not exceed 3 hours; 4.The patient is informed and signs a surgical consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with severe illnesses such as heart function level III or above, large amounts of ascites, lower limb mobility disorders, etc. that affect their physical activity, and those with combined illnesses that affect their normal diet and work; 2.Patients with signs of peritonitis and severe organic liver and kidney diseases; 3.Patients with concomitant malignant tumor diseases; 4.Contraindications to surgical treatment.
