Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =60 years old; ?community residence time =3 months; ?Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; ? Can cooperate with investigators to complete questionnaires and physical tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease (AD) or other types of dementia and severe cognitive impairment; ?Severe visual, hearing, or speech impairment that prevents completion of the survey; ? Serious mental illness; ?The natural detachment from observation.
