Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Between the ages of 65 and 80 2: ASA Grade I-III 3: Body mass index (BMI) : 18.5-28kg/m2 4: Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consen
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with chronic lung disease, lung infection or other serious lung complications such as acute respiratory failure 2: Patients with a history of thoracic and pulmonary surgery and pulmonary bulla 3: Patients with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney diseases or neurological diseases affecting preoperative respiratory function 4: Patients who smoked within 8 weeks before surgery 5: Patients who Diagnosis of coagulation disorder or thrombocytopenia 6: Systemic or locally active infection was confirmed before surgery (clinically confirmed by elevated C-reactive protein levels, leukocytosis, or body temperature > 38?) 7: Patients and their families refused to participate in the experiment
