Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: greater than 18 years; gender unlimited; blood routine must meet hemoglobin (Hb) (g / L): male> 120, female> 110, red cell ratio (Hct):> 33%, Platelet count (Plt)> 100×10 ^ 9 / L, normal blood pressure and coagulation function, good cardiopulmonary and renal function, no infectious diseases and other complications.
