Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) People who have consciously and actively lost weight 5% of their original body weight in nearly half a year or less 2) Aged 18-65 3) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with weight loss unconsciously or passively due to diseases, or environmental factors; 2. Taking drugs currently or recently that can affect body weights (such as hormone drugs, hypoglycemic drugs, anti-allergy drugs, anti-psychotic drugs, ? beta-blockers, contraceptives, etc.); 3. People who cannot follow or tolerate a low GI diet due to various reasons such as gastrointestinal diseases; 4. Vulnerable groups, including those with mental illness, those with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, etc; 5. People with poor compliance, or high likely failure to follow up; 6. People who are being recruited to other scientific researches.
