Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The clinical symptoms are significant, affecting the daily life and work of patients; (2) Patients diagnosed with full-layer rotator cuff injury by shoulder MRI within 3 months and recommended with surgical indications according to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) rotator Cuff Clinical Practice Guidelines; ? Preoperative platelet > 150×109/L; ? Signed informed consent and good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with bilateral rotator cuff injury requiring simultaneous surgery or a history of shoulder joint surgery; (2) According to the Cofield classification, it is defined as a large rotator cuff tear (the anterior and posterior diameter of the tear is greater than 5cm); ? Patients with upper limb fracture or severe nerve injury on the affected side; (4) Patients with severe shoulder joint osteoarthritis, autoimmune disease or serious organic disease.
