Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Age between 35 and 75 years old; b) Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke outlined in the "Diagnostic Guidelines for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019," with a confirmed diagnosis of first-ever stroke or no previous stroke with residual cognitive impairment; and has an MMSE score of =10 and an NIHSS language subscale score =2. c) Able to understand the test content and independently cooperate with all testing procedures. d) Patient or their family members provide informed consent for the examination and treatment procedures of this study. e) Completeness and availability of required multimodal data. Note: After enrollment, patients will be grouped based on the MoCA score: MoCA < 26 indicates cognitive impairment, while MoCA = 26 indicates normal cognition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Patients with altered consciousness or those who do not cooperate for other reasons. b) Exclude patients who cannot cooperate with EEG and eye movement examinations, such as those with tremors or seizures. c) Exclude patients with severe cerebrovascular disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, frontotemporal dementia, primary progressive semantic dementia, or other active neurological disease complications. d) Exclude patients with eye movement disorders or visual impairments due to various causes.
