18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =18 years; 2. Diagnosed with heart failure according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2024; 3. Has not been hospitalized for heart failure in the last 6 months or has received treatment for heart failure only on an outpatient basis in the last 3 months; 4. Be on Guideline-directed Medical Therapy under the supervision of two undergraduate physicians of attending or higher rank during the hospitalization period; 5. Complete blood sample collection within 24 hours of admission and cooperate in completing the scale assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart disease and malignant arrhythmia as diagnosed by a physician; 2. Previous history of malignant tumors, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and infectious diseases; 3. Prior treatment with antidepressant and anxiolytic medications; 4. History of substance abuse or major surgery; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. Unable to cooperate in completing the history taking and scale assessment; 7. Solitary; 8. Changes in medication regimen without the guidance of a cardiologist.
