18 Years to 36 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1: 1. Physically healthy and pain-free 2. Have not participated in any type of training within the past 6 months; 3. Able to complete ultrasound, muscle activation, and other testing and training sessions. Study 2: There has been a COVID-19 epidemic in the past two years and there are no other diseases at present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of trauma or surgery in the spinal segment; 2. Patients with severe cardiac diseases such as arrhythmia, and chest and lung diseases that affect pulmonary ventilation and gas exchange; 3. Suffering from serious diseases of bone joints, muscles, and nervous systems; 4. Patients with vestibular dysfunction; 5. Those with cognitive dysfunction cannot cooperate with training.
