Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective transendoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography under general anesthesia; 2.Voluntary participation in the trial and signing of informed consent; 3.Age = 60 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A clear history of neurologic or psychiatric disease prior to surgery; 2. A history of alcoholism or drug dependence; 3. History of allergy to the drugs used in this study; 4.Patients with long-term application of narcotic analgesics, sedatives or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 5. Patients with severe preoperative combined hepatic and renal dysfunction; 6. Participation in other drug trials within three months or inability to communicate well with the investigator.
