Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this study, retrospective data will be collected on the children with ASD from the same donor from July 1,2019 to May 31,2024 and the corresponding donor. Inclusion criteria: (1) Children with ASD met the diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (a persistent deficiencies in social communication and social interaction; b narrow interests, repetition, and sensory abnormalities; c symptoms must appear in early childhood; d related symptoms caused significant functional impairment in social, occupational or other important areas; e related symptoms could not be explained by mental disability or overall retardation).(2) From July 1,2019 to May 31,2024, two or more courses of WMT were conducted in our hospital, and the fresh bacterial solution of the first course of WMT came from the same donor. (3) The age of the children is greater than or equal to 4 years and less than 18 years. (4) Children and their families can cooperate with the complete collection of medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients received antibiotics within 1 month before WMT: (2) Diagnosed with schizophrenia, childhood depression, (3) Diagnosed with severe organic brain disease or other severe heart, lung, liver or kidney disease.
