Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ventricular premature contraction, the total frequency > 720 times/24 hours. 2. In line with TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria: palpitation, heart disturbance of phlegm-heat type; 3. No life-threatening ventricular premature contraction, class ? =Lown rating = Class IV a; 4. Didn’t take antiarrhythmic drugs, or stop taking them for at least 1 week; 5. Between the ages of 18 and 80; 6. Patients give informed consent and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe diarrhea, hemorrhoids, anal fissures and other anorectal diseases; 2. Bradycardia (heart rate < 60 beats/min), including patients with sick sinus syndrome and severe conduction block (? Degrees above); 3. Complicated with congenital heart disease, heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy and other serious structural problems;Heart disease, malignant ventricular arrhythmia; 4. Women during pregnancy, preparation for pregnancy and breastfeeding; 5. Patients who are allergic to the drug or cannot cooperate with treatment due to mental diseases; 6. Patients who drink too much coffee, strong tea, etc., and have a habit of tobacco and alcohol; 7. Patients with severe disease, who need to be treated with other drugs, and patients with pacemakers; 8. Patients with premature ventricular contraction caused by hyperthyroidism, ion disorder or drug poisoning; 9. Disagree with collaborators.
