Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active nurse in hospice unit; Home care experience for cancer patients; Have good understanding and expression skills and voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Palliative nurses who have recently experienced significant changes; People on leave or studying.
