Interventions

Intervention group:Enhancing knowledge and awareness on dementia, lifestyle modification and cognitive training
Control group:Distributing the leaflets of dementia knowledge

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 65 and over; who have MCI using the MoCA-BC with the value of cut-off point of MCI according to different education level among older adults 25, 26: 14 = MoCA-BC total score = 19 for low-level education (no more than 6 years of education); 16 = MoCA-BC total score = 22 for mid-level education (7 to 12 years of education); 17 = MoCA-BC total score = 24 for high-level education (more than 12 years of education). The MCI participants will be screened via MoCA-BC and Bathel-ADL by investigator. ? being independence (score of Barthel-ADL= 100); ? without depression (score of Geriatric Depression Scale<5); ? having no diagnosis of terminal diseases; ? being registered under the local community healthcare center as well as living in the selected community for at least 1 year preceding the screening date; ? being able to communicate in Guiyang dialect or mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed with depression; ? Diagnosed with dementia; ? Not voluntarily participate in this study. (Whether voluntarily participate will be assessed by Informed Consent Form)
