Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Refer to the diagnostic criteria of PALF, namely: ? Sudden severe abnormal liver biochemical indexes within 8 weeks; Thrombin time (PT) was higher than 15s or international normalized ratio (INR) was higher than 1.5 during hepatic encephalopathy. With and without hepatic encephalopathy PT > 20s or INR > 2.0. (2) For patients admitted twice, only the case information of the first hospitalization was used. (3) The acute onset of chronic liver disease (genetic metabolic factors, drug factors, etc.) or biliary obstruction in the past is classified as acute liver failure. (4) The legal guardian of the child has signed a written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age >18 years old; (2) There are serious data missing (>10%); (3) The legal guardian of the child refuses to participate.
