60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: aged more than 60 years 2: patients who underwent pulmonary resection through VATS, RATS, or RATS converted to VATS 3: sufficient clinical data 4: PFT evaluation was improved before operation 5: CPET evaluation was improved before operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: preoperative CPET evaluation time and operation time interval > 1 month 2: poor CPET fit or failure to use all efforts (RER <1.1) 3: open or intraoperative conversion to open thoracotomy pulmonary resection 4: mediastinal mass resection were performed simultaneously
