Ruptured anterior cruciate ligament

Interventions

N1 group:received proximal adductor block (15 ml 0.5% ropivacaine)
N2 group:proximal adductor canal combined with anserine tendon block (0.5% ropivacaine 15 ml in each part)
N3 group:proximal adductor canal combined with anserine tendon block (mixture of 0.5% ropivacaine and 5 mg dexamethasone 15 ml in each part)
C group:Laryngeal mask general anesthesia

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years old, gender not limited, ASA grade I-II, the operation method was unilateral anterior cross knee arthroscopy, anesthesia method selected laryngeal mask general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete data, infection of the puncture site, neurological dysfunction or central nervous system disease before surgery, serious psychological problems, history of mental illness, serious cardiopulmonary disease or abnormal liver and kidney function, abnormal coagulation function, history of chronic pain, drug dependence, allergy to any component of analgesics, use of other analgesics within 24 hours, or change of other anesthesia methods.
