Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregivers of elderly suffer from mental health problems, including mood disorder, stress related mental symptoms and neurocognitive disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Bedridden care recipients. 2) Caregiver is a domestic worker. 3) Caregiver is currently participating in other mental support programs.
