Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria of OHCM defined in the guideline, which are mainly characterized by left ventricular wall thickness =15mm and left ventricular outflow tract pressure difference =30mmHg under ultrasound. 2) Meet the surgical indications and undergo ventricular septal resection and cardiac bypass surgery at the same time. 3) Main data such as general information, surgical medical records, and prognosis information are complete. 4) Age =18 years old.
