18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology 2. Patients diagnosed with stage III-IVA according to the eighth edition of the AJCC nasopharyngeal carcinoma staging criteria 3. Aged between 18 and 80 years old 4. All patients were required to have a good physical condition before treatment, with a PS (Physical status) score of 0-1 points 5. Patients had received a complete course of induction chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy 6. Patients had nasopharyngeal MRI scan before treatment and complete MRI imaging data for treatment evaluation and follow-up 7. Regular follow-up 8. Complete imaging data for image analysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Early-stage patients with stage I and II 2. Stage IVB patients with distant metastasis 3. Aged > 80 years 4. Patients with malignant tumors in other parts of the body or a history of chemoradiotherapy related to other diseases before diagnosis 5. Patients who had not received induction chemotherapy and/or concurrent chemoradiotherapy 6. Patients with incomplete imaging data
