Shallow surface gastritis:In this study, only gastric mucosa samples were collected from patients and no other interventions were made.
Atrophic gastritis:In this study, only gastric mucosa samples were collected from patients and no other interventions were made.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 adult who tested positive for HP breath test; 2 The gastroscopy was consistent with superficial gastritis, atrophic gastritis and intestinal biochemistry. The clinical characteristics of heterogeneous hyperplasia and gastric cancer were included in the corresponding study groups. 3 Good compliance and voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with malignant diseases other than gastric diseases; 2. Antibiotic drugs and probiotics taken within 1 month; 3. A history of gastric surgery; 4. BMI > 28kg / m2 5. Chronic smokers or alcoholics;
