Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years. 2. The patient needs to undergo gynecological surgery under elective general anesthesia. 3. The patient was in a significant state of anxiety, and the score on the STAI scale was =39 points on the S scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has hearing impairment 2. Patients should be sedated before surgery 3. The patient has hyperthyroidism and adrenal diseases 4. Patients with a history of atrial fibrillation or other symptoms of arrhythmia exit: 5. Patients with mental illness (depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, etc.)
