18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients older than 18 years of age with good general health status.(2) At least 3 months of healing had occurred after tooth extraction.(3) Absence of one or two teeth in maxillary posterior region where bone availability to the sinus floor was > 2 mm.(4) The buccal-lingual side of the edentulous area had at least 1 millimeter bone width.(5) The complete medical records, clinical and imaging data can be obtained
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows:(1) Patients with systemic contraindications to implant surgery.(2) Patients with severe uncontrolled periodontal disease(3) The patients had clinical symptoms related to maxillary sinus pathology preoperatively.(4) Smokers of more than 10 cigarettes/day;(5) Patients who received bisphosphonate therapy or neck radiation therapy within 2 year.
