Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients with fractures due to falls and their caregivers in the Department of Orthopedics of a tertiary hospital. Elderly patients: aged = 60 years old; Clear consciousness and no language communication barriers; Informed consent and voluntary participation in research. The caregivers were patients' spouses, children, parents, etc. Age =18 years old, no cognitive or language dysfunction, able to read or communicate effectively; The care time was =4 hours per day, and the care lasted from hospitalization to home after discharge; When there were multiple primary caregivers, one of them was selected by the primary caregivers to participate in the study. The right to know and consent to participate in this study were obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elderly patients: complicated with other serious diseases, such as nausea and tumors, severe trauma, respiratory failure, liver, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc; Individuals in the acute phase of illness; Individuals with mental illnesses.
