18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects aged between 18 to 70 years; 2.Subjects diagnosed with H. pylori infection according to the diagnostic criteria 3.Clinical diagnosed with primary open angle glaucoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contact lenses wearing within 1 week; 2.Eyelid and conjunctiva diseases; 3. Ocular surgeries within 6 months or refractive surgeries within 2 years; 4.Use of ocular medications or nutritional tear supplements; 5.Systemic diseases such as Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Parkinson’s disease, Sjogren’s syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and Grave’s disease; 6. Previous treatment for H.pylori; 7. Use of any antibiotics or probiotics within half a month
