Hyperuricemia

Interventions

Control group:Carry out health education, including regular exercise, weight control, limiting the intake of alcohol and high-sugar, high-purine foods, and drinking enough water.
High-intensity interval training group:Based on the control group, four sets of 4-minute high-intensity (85%-95% HR max intensity) interval training were given, with 3 minutes of training at 45%-55% H
Moderate-intensity continuous training group:On the basis of the control group, the subjects were given continuous training at 50%-60% HR max intensity for 30 minutes, 3 times a week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hyperuricemia in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperuricemia and Gout in China (2019)" issued by the Endocrinology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, or meet the gout classification criteria proposed by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 2015 and are in the interictal period; 2. Aged 30 to 60 years old; 3. The patient is also undergoing standardized uric acid-lowering treatment; 4. The patient has no mental disorder or psychological illness; 5. The patient voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is in the acute attack stage of gout; 2. The patient has serious underlying diseases or organ dysfunction in the heart, brain, lung, liver, or kidney; 3. The patient has joint deformities that affect normal activities; 4. The patient cannot tolerate exercise.
