Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a clinical diagnosis of chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 5 [estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) = 1.5 mm and a vein diameter >= 2 mm (after arm cuff compression), and who will undergo a radial artery-cephalic vein side-to-side anastomosis in the forearm, with no previous fistula established on the operative limb.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Surgical contraindications such as skin infection and ulceration in the surgical area, heart failure, myocardial infarction, acute stroke, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.; (2) Malignant tumors, severe liver diseases, or an expected lifespan of less than 1 year; (3) Vasculitis
