Group B:FiO2=0.8 during double lung ventilation
Group C:FiO2=0.7 during double lung ventilation

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing thoracoscopic resection of left pulmonary nodule ; (2) Aged between 18 and 70; (3) BMI in the range of 18 to 25 kg/m2; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I/II. (5) No serious heart and lung disease and cerebrovascular disease, or combined liver and kidney function damage, respiratory infection before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative blood oxygen saturation 50mmHg; (2) forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) < 50% predicted value; (3) Preoperative assessment of difficult airway; (4) CT indicated abnormal trachea anatomy or atelectasis.
