Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents aged 13-18 years old; 2. Provide informed consent, with normal intelligence; 3. With the ability to participate in yoga therapy programs; 4. Three international depression scales are used: BDI-II, PHQ-9, DASS-21, with at least two or more scales reaching the symptoms of depressive; 5. Comply with the 7 initiation rules in the Yoga Therapy Practice Instructions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any serious injury, medical or psychological illness that may hinder the completion of the experiment, including serious cardiovascular, respiratory or endocrine diseases; Recent surgeries; Acute or chronic pain; Currently suffering from mental illness (excluding depression or anxiety) or dementia. 2. Students with certain illnesses, such as fractures, are unable to participate in sports. 3. Frequently drinking alcohol, smoking, or using recreational addictive drugs. 4. Adolescents who have already engaged in yoga practice, e.g. more than once a week in the past three months. 5. The DASS-21 score is within the normal range of the depression and anxiety subscales, or extremely severe on either subscale. 6. Adolescents with history records of depression or diagnosed by a clinical psychiatrist, meet the criteria of depression symptoms in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition (DSM-V) , by American Psychiatric Association.
