Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 ~ 80 years old, male and female; 2. Willing to undergo colonoscopy; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of colonoscopy; 2 History of colon surgery; 3. Familial polyposis; 4.P-J syndrome; 5. Pregnancy or lactation; 6.Inflammatory bowel disease; 7. Colorectal cancer; 8. Heart or kidney failure; 9. Suspected Liga silicone oil allergy.
