Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All the patients were conscious and met the diagnostic criteria of stroke, and were diagnosed by head CT, CTA, and magnetic resonance imaging. ? All patients had the following three kinds of dysfunction: hemiplegia, aphasia and dysphagia; ? There is an activity room and basic rehabilitation equipment in the home environment, and the Xiaomi 360 cloud platform camera and video player are equipped in the activity room; ? The patient must have a caregiver who can skillfully use the smart phone system (wechat and QQ) and download the Mijia APP and Dingding punch card; ? All patients and their families gave informed consent to privacy protection (signed consent form) and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? complicated with mental illness or other serious physical diseases; ? Patients and their families did not cooperate; ? The patient had cognitive dysfunction; ? involving and participating in other researchers; ? patients with artificial airway; ? pregnant patients; ? Severe complications such as aspiration pneumonia, joint dislocation and fracture were observed.
