Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female =18 years old and =80 years old, type 1 or type 2 diabetes patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot; 2) The target ulcer must have the following characteristics: a. neuropathy/nerve ischemia; b. UT grade 0-3, A-D stage, mild infection grade or above;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Treatment of patients with immunosuppressants, chemotherapy drugs, radiotherapy, or systemic corticosteroids; 2) Combined with a history of tumor and chemoradiotherapy (hematological malignancy, myelomatous nephropathy, hemolytic uremic syndrome, lymphoma, leukemia, immunoglobulin deposition nephropathy); 3) HIV patients with CD4 < 200/mm3; 4) History of obstructive diseases of the urinary system or conditions that may cause obstruction; 5) Glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis, renal amyloidosis, chronic renal failure with polycystic kidney, use of renal metabolized or nephrotoxic drugs 1 week before admission; 6) Rheumatic immune diseases (such as lupus); 7) Lack of follow-up data.
