Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia disorder according to DSM-5; 2. Aged between 18 and 60 years old; 3. No severe physical illnesses or physical activity disorders, able to adhere to the treatment plan and cooperate with the researchers; 4. Participants have a certain level of reading ability, with an educational level of elementary school or above, and are informed about and voluntarily sign the informed consent form for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with critical illnesses such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, and hematopoietic system disorders; 2. Patients with musculoskeletal disorders who are not suitable for Baduanjin or walking exercises; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment, language disorders, or communication difficulties who are not suitable for cognitive behavioral therapy; 4. Patients with severe mental disorders such as severe anxiety, depression, or schizophrenia; 5. Patients who need to work night shifts due to work reasons.
