Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with bile duct stones who undergo ERCP stone removal at high altitudes (>3000m) 2.Patients aged >=18 years 3.Common bile duct stones found by Ultrasound, CT or MRCP and with indications for ERCP stone removal 4.Agree to sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with coagulation dysfunction (INR>1.3) or a significant decrease in peripheral platelet count (<50*10^9/L) 2. Patients with severe liver disease or primary sclerosing cholangitis 3. Patients with gastrointestinal obstruction 4. Patients with hepatobiliary or pancreatic malignant tumors 5. Patients with a history of ERCP or upper gastrointestinal reconstruction surgery 6. Other contraindications to ERCP
