Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-55 years; Patients with a pain score VAS greater than 4; Patient trauma does not affect the use of multifunctional ECG monitors or pulse oxygen monitors; Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form; The patient was conscious and able to correctly understand and use the visual analog pain scoring tool to express pain degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intestinal obstruction, air embolism, pneumothorax, pneumoencephalography, epilepsy, obstructive respiratory disease and acute upper respiratory tract infection, pregnant women, and other serious compound injuries; Patients with severe drug dependence and mental disorders; patients with drug-induced or disease-induced pulmonary fibrosis; Diseases of ear, nose and throat organs, such as sinusitis, middle ear diseases, tympanic membrane transplantation, and previous history of analgesic drug abuse.
