Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? experimental group: children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who were diagnosed in our hospital and received chemotherapy according to the 2016 scheme of south China children's ALL treatment cooperative group (SCCLG-ALL) took mercaptopurine before going to bed at night (i.e., taking medicine before going to bed at night). ? Control group: Children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who were diagnosed in our hospital and received chemotherapy according to the 2016 scheme of South China Children's ALL Treatment Cooperative Group (SCCLG-ALL) took thiopurine in the afternoon (i.e., the afternoon medication group). ? blank control group: children with acute myeloid leukemia diagnosed in our hospital and treated with SCCCG-AML-2020 cooperative scheme. ?Age from 0 to 18 years ?good compliance, voluntary participation and cooperation with the guidance and arrangement of medical staff.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Children with leukemia who do not receive standardized chemotherapy ? Children with a history of genetic metabolism related to blood sugar (such as congenital hyperinsulinemia, insulinoma, glycogen storage disease, etc.) ? Those who are accompanied by mental disorder or communication difficulties and difficult to cooperate
