18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adopt prone position ventilation;? The duration of each prone position ventilation reaches or exceeds 12 hours;? Adopt invasive mechanical ventilation;?Oxygenation index = 100~300mmHg and PEEP >10cmH2O;? The rating range for using the RASS sedation assessment tool is -3 to -4 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The patient has trauma to their head and face;?Use the Braden risk assessment tool to score, with a value of = 12 points;?Data dropout;?Other situations that are not suitable for prone ventilation, such as spinal or rib fractures, hemodynamic instability, etc.
