Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?cTTE combined with TEE confirms the presence of PFO; ?Head CT/MRI is performed to determine if there are embolic cerebral ischemic lesions; ?Clinical symptoms present as migraine or no obvious symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Assessment of high-risk atherosclerotic plaques in the aorta and cervical arteries by CTA; ?Identification of high-risk cardiac sources of emboli through ECG, 24-hour Holter monitoring, TTE, or TEE, such as atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, thrombosis, or valve vegetations; ? Combined with serious heart and lung diseases, unable to cooperate well to complete the examination; ? Poor image quality.
