Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 70 years old, American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA grade I to II, strict fasting for 8h, intended to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency surgery with BMI 35kg/m2, preoperative circulatory instability (systolic blood pressure 160mmHg), severe arrhythmia, more than moderate valvular heart disease, New York Heart Function Class II or above or ejection fraction < 50%, enlarged heart, acute exacerbation of COPD, Asthma attack, respiratory failure, pulmonary hypertension, peripheral vascular disease, moderate or above abnormal liver and kidney function, preoperative cervical vascular ultrasound abnormalities including plaque, stenosis and anatomic variation, history of right neck, clavicle surgery or trauma, inability to maintain supine position, mental illness or emotional, hearing, intellectual impairment, and other inability to cooperate, not willing to participate in this study.
