Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with phimosis who require circumcision for various reasons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with redundant prepuce; 2. Abnormal development of the penis (penile curvature, occult penis, penile rotation, etc.); 3. Individuals who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 4. Combined balanoposthitis; 5. Cognitive and auditory impairments; 6. Coagulation dysfunction patients; 8. Children who cannot accept local anesthesia; 9. Children who cannot receive follow-up or were lost to follow-up.
