Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA ? ~ ?, age 18~60 years old, gender not limited, regular dialysis, stable blood pressure control, intended to perform cadaveric kidney transplantation under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Arrhythmia, basal heart rate 90 beats/min, heart, lung, and liver insufficiency, multiple and combined organ transplants.
