Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Foot and ankle surgery is proposed; 2. Sciatic nerve block is planned; 3. Age 18-80 years old; 4. BMI of 18~35 kg/ m^2; 5. Gender is not limited; 6. Patients who agreed to participate in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is unable to cooperate with nerve block; Inability to lie on one's side 2. Contrainidators of nerve block (such as coagulation dysfunction: PLT1.5, puncture site infection, local anesthetic poisoning, lower extremity neuropathy changes, etc.); 3. Allergic to ultrasonic coupling agent; 4. Trauma in the image acquisition area 5. There were sensorimotor abnormalities in the affected limb before surgery; 6. Patients who are unable to obtain informed consent.
