Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: On the basis of chronic liver disease, acute or subacute liver decompensation in the short term clinical syndrome,characterized by: 1. Extreme fatigue, there is a clear gastrointestinal symptoms; 2. Jaundice rapidly deepen, serum total bilirubin 10 times greater than the upper limit of normal or daily rise >=17.1 u mol/L; 3. With bleeding tendency, prothrombin activity (PTA)=1.5], without other causes; 4. Decompensated ascites; 5. With or without hepatic encephalopathy; 6. There are 3 months and 1 year follow-up ending.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with liver cancer and other malignant tumors; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Participants with poor adherence as well as patients who give up treatment; 4. The clinical data and test data were missing.
