Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged = 18 years; 2) Adult children or children-in-law who were providing unpaid care for community-dwelling frail (determined by Tilburg Frailty Indicator (TFI) with a score = 4) older adults (60 years above); 3) Primary caregivers bearing the main responsibility for providing care for at least three months; 4) Possession of a smartphone/tablet and able to use a mobile/tablet application independently; 5) With at least mild caregiver burden (Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI) score =21); 6) Voluntarily participating in this study with informed consent. Weakened elderly people under their care: 1. Age = 60 years old; 2. Weakness (TFI = 4); 3. Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally, and able to cooperate in completing physical assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) With hearing, intellectual, or other related disabilities that prevented them from understanding or answering questions; 2) The cared-for frail older adults had dementia, disability, or Parkinson's disease; 3) The life expectancy of care recipients was less than six months.
