40 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Subjects with a diagnosis of peri-menopause (typical age range for menopause: 40–55 years); ?GAD-7=5 or PHQ-9=5; ?Voluntary participation in this study; ?Capable of using smartphones, reading and writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Subjects with intellectual or cognitive disability; ?Subjects with a history of psychiatric/organic disease; ?Subjects undergoing psychotherapy or taking psychotropic drugs; ?Subjects at risk of suicide and self-harm.
