Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) According to the 2022 ESC/ERS PH guidelines, a diagnosis of PH was made through a right heart catheterization; 2) 18 years old = 65 years old; 3) WHO functional classification II-IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with hemoptysis, thrombophilia, and newly developed lower limb venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism within 3 months; 2) Patients with severe pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, walking disorders (which can be caused by cervical spondylosis, cerebrovascular disease, lumbar spine, fractures, osteoarthritis, etc.), moderate to severe anemia, orthostatic hypotension, and severe arrhythmia; 3) Patients who are currently participating in other respiratory rehabilitation related intervention studies; 4) The researchers determined that other patients were not suitable for inclusion in this study.
