18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)At least 18 years old. 2)Heart failure patients with LBBB or narrow QRS. Figure 3)Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Heart failure combined with right bundle branch block (RBBB). Mission. 2)Patients with current acute infarction, cardiac surgery, and severe aortic stenosis. 3)Unable to participate in the follow-up for various reasons. edit 4)Vulnerable groups, including: mentally ill, cognitively impaired, critically ill, minors, pregnant women, illiterate, etc. 5)Any other condition that the investigator considers unsuitable for participation in the study.
